What Is Nature-Connected Life Coaching?
Nature-connected life coaching combines accredited life coaching in Leeds with structured Wilderness Therapy Interventions to support meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than relying on conversation alone, we can draw on a range of evidence-informed approaches selected according to your individual needs, goals and the challenges you are facing.
These may include:
Walk-and-talk coaching
Guided journaling and reflective writing
Mindfulness and grounding practices
Nature-based activities and sensory awareness
Metaphors and exercises using the natural world to explore patterns, beliefs and behaviours
Practical outdoor activities, including bushcraft-based exercises where appropriate

By engaging both mind and body, this approach helps you process experiences, gain insight and turn reflection into practical action.
Nature is not just the backdrop. It becomes part of the process itself, acting as a grounding influence, a reflective tool and a powerful partner in helping you reconnect with who you are.
Walk-and-Talk Coaching
Many outdoor sessions take place as walk-and-talk coaching.
Being side by side in nature often feels more natural than sitting face to face in a room. Conversation tends to flow more easily, thinking becomes clearer, and people often feel safer and more relaxed in the open air.
Quite simply, when you feel less confined physically, it is often easier to feel less confined mentally too.

Find the Right Support
Everyone’s journey is different.
We begin with a free 20-minute Connection Call to explore what is going on for you, where you’d like to be and which level of support feels like the best fit.
From there, you can choose either a one-off New Roots Session or the (minimum) six-session Growing Roots programme.

New Roots Session
A one-off 90-minute session to help you explore what is happening in your life, reconnect with yourself and experience how nature-based coaching and Wilderness Therapy Interventions can support your wellbeing.
Many people leave with a fresh perspective, practical tools they can continue using on their own and a clearer sense of whether they would benefit from a longer, more structured approach.
Growing Roots Programme
A six-session programme combining nature-connected life coaching and structured Wilderness Therapy Interventions to support psychological wellbeing, rebuild self-trust and help you develop a stronger, more grounded sense of who you are.
Recommended option if you are looking for:
Building stronger foundations
Gradual, organic growth
Deepening connection over time
Lasting change rather than a quick fix

Reconnect and Move Forward
I believe that many of the struggles we face are not signs that something is wrong with us.
They are often signs that we have become disconnected.
Disconnected from our needs.
Disconnected from our instincts.
Disconnected from the natural environments our minds and bodies evolved in.
My approach blends evidence-informed psychological practices with the slower, older rhythms of the natural world.
Working together is designed to:

-
Rebuild your sense of identity
-
Navigate life transitions with greater confidence
-
Reduce overwhelm and feel more emotionally steady
-
Make clearer decisions
-
Strengthen self-trust
-
Feel calmer and more grounded
-
Reconnect with purpose and direction
Every session is tailored to your individual needs, goals and current circumstances.
No two journeys are the same, but the intention is always the same: to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be.
