
The moon has always shaped how we live, grow, rest and let go.
These Moon Cycle Journaling Circles are monthly, hour-long online workshops held on or close to each New Moon and Full Moon. Each session is a guided space to slow down, tune in and work intentionally with the natural cycles of the moon, the seasons and yourself.
Every circle includes:
A simple earth-based ritual
A guided meditation
A focused journaling practice aligned with the moon phase
New Moon sessions centre around intention setting, reflection and conscious beginnings.
Full Moon sessions focus on release, truth-telling and letting go of what no longer fits.
Each moon also carries its own theme.
Together, we'll explore the ancestral and seasonal meanings and rituals behind the different moon phases, drawing inspiration from the Celtic Wheel of the Year and traditional earth wisdom, incorporating past wisdom and nature connection into modern day life.
These sessions are inspired by women’s circles and held as shared, respectful spaces, even though we meet online.
