A natural reset for your mind, body and inner world
Spending a full day in the woods gives your mind and body something they rarely get in everyday life: space to settle.

Research in eco-psychology and nature-based therapies shows that time in natural environments reduces stress hormones, supports emotional regulation and helps the nervous system return to a calmer baseline. These retreat days are designed to combine that therapeutic benefit with practices that strengthen self-connection, grounding and mental clarity.

Each woodland retreat is held at a pivotal moment in the Celtic calendar, aligning your experience with the natural shifts in light, season and energy that humans have followed for thousands of years. Honouring these points in the year is about reconnecting with rhythms that help you feel steady, rooted and part of something larger than your daily life.

What’s Included in Every Retreat...
Ritualised Women’s Circle
A welcoming space to share stories, breathe together and feel heard. Being in circle with other women builds connection, reduces isolation and reminds you that you’re not alone in how you feel.
Nature Journaling Session
Guided journaling surrounded by trees, birdsong and stillness. This practice helps you tune in to your inner voice, make sense of your emotions and use nature as gentle support while you reflect.
Wilderness Therapy Interventions
Nature-led practices woven throughout the day to deepen your connection to the land and to yourself. These evidence-informed interventions support emotional balance, psychological wellbeing and a stronger sense of inner steadiness.
Gift Bag for Home
A meaningful selection of items and resources to support your ongoing wellbeing journey at home. Each piece is chosen to encourage grounding, reflection and gentle self-care long after the retreat ends.
Natural Craft Activity
A gentle, hands-on activity using woodland materials to make something meaningful to take home. Creativity and play help you switch off, connect with your inner child and carry the retreat’s energy back into your everyday life.
Fire Ceremony
A simple but powerful way to work with fire as an ancient, grounding element. It helps you focus, set intentions and release old stories in a way that feels symbolic, steady and emotionally grounding.
Holy Fire Reiki Experience
A nurturing Holy Fire Reiki session using source-led energy to support self-love, inner alignment and a clearer sense of who you are. This experience leaves you feeling grounded, open and more connected with yourself and the wider world.
Outdoor Hypnotherapy Session
A calming session held outdoors to help you release what’s been weighing you down. Being in nature supports deeper relaxation, nervous system settling and the mental space needed to let things go.
Vegetarian Woodland Lunch
A wholesome vegetarian lunch with snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Nourishing food enjoyed outdoors helps with our energy, grounding and that feeling of being well-fed by the land.
Quiet Reflection Time
Free time to wander, sit with the trees or simply breathe without expectation. This space helps you settle into the experience, anchor the lessons of the day and reconnect with yourself in your own way.
